30 Day Returns

At Bike Bin Parts LLC we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer a simple and hassle-free return process.

Return Policy Details:

Return Period: You can return items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Item Condition: Items must be returned in the same condition as received.
Returns: If you receive a defective, faulty, or incorrect item, we cover the return shipping cost. If you change your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping fees paid at checkout are non‑refundable.

How to Return an Item:

Contact Customer Service: Email us at sales@bicyclebin.com to initiate your return. Please include your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Instructions: Our team will provide you with a return authorization and detailed instructions on how to return your item.
Package Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
Shipping Label: If the item was defective or incorrect, we will send you a prepaid return label. If you changed your mind or ordered the wrong product, you are responsible for return shipping.
Send the Package: Drop off the package at the nearest shipping point as specified in the return instructions.

Refund Process:

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they meet the return policy requirements.
Refund: After approval, we will process your refund. It may take up to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your original payment method, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges:

Unfortunately, we do not offer an exchange program. However, you are welcome to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the desired replacement.

Non-Returnable Items:

Bicycle parts that have been installed, damaged, or altered by the buyer after delivery, or are missing accessories included at time of shipment.
